The dining area has built-in bookshelves with a selection of beach reading, and can seat up to eight guests at the table. The adjoining breakfast bar seats and additional three guests, and the fully-equipped kitchen includes and ice maker. Double doors from the dining room lead out to the furnished screened porch, which can also be accessed from the kitchen. The first-floor master suite has a king bed, private access to the screened porch and a private bath with separate tub and shower. Another downstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has a private bath. A third bedroom on this level is furnished with a double bed and has access to a full hall bath.
SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor is a fourth bedroom furnished with a queen bed, which shares the full hall bath equipped with a stall shower. The fifth bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a twin bed, and also shares the full hall bath.
