This home has four bedrooms, the master has a king, two bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th bedroom has two sets of twin bunks. Each bedroom has a private bath.
The home next door to 1279 Empire is the same floor plan, same price, but it has more bedding: King, two Queens, two Twins + sleeper sofa (see Property #852)
Please inquire about the other home if you need more bedding; That home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, whereas this one sleeps up to 8

Rental Policy
Rental Policies: 50% deposit required to reserve. The balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and checks.
Refunds: If you cancel your reservation for any reason before 60 days of your arrival, you will receive a refund minus 10% of the gross rental amount. If you cancel with less than 60 days to your arrival date and we are able to re-book your dates, you will receive a full refund minus 10% of your gross rental amount.
We strongly advise you to purchase travel insurance through a reputable company such as Travel Guard (www.Travelguard.com) for unforeseen acts of nature/God. Please read description of coverages carefully before purchasing.
Rates stated do not include taxes or service charges. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. We accept checks, money order, Visa, MC, and American Express.
